3.      Spec :                                                                                                        
A short circuit placed between DC return and output or any other rails (approximately 0.1 ohm) shall cause no damage and the main output shall shutdown and latch off, but only the +5VSB shall recover automatically. This validation shall be conducted after OCP, engineer shall open PSU to confirm the PCB/Trace/Component status.                                                    
A short applied to any output during start-up or while running will not cause any damage to the power supply 
(connectors, components, PCB traces, etc.).
