3.      Spec :                                                                    
  Ripple and noise are defined as a periodic or random signals over a frequency band of 10 Hz to 20 MHz. Measurements shall be made with an oscilloscope with 20 MHz bandwidth. Outputs should be bypassed at the connector with a 0.1uF ceramic disk capacitor and a 10uF electrolytic capacitor to simulate system loading, the environment setup shall follow the latest Intel design guideline with BNC connector to minimize the measurement loop.                                                    
                                                     
                                                     
                                                     
                                                     
Measurements will be made with an oscilloscope set to 20MHz bandwidth limit. The outputs will be bypassed 
with one 0.1uF multilayer (type X7R) and one 10uF (50mOhms or less) capacitors, it is acceptable of putting 
a 47 uF low ESR cpacitor to simluate system capacitive load, if the EE specificiation specifies this requirement.
The BNC connector shall be applied during measurement.
